Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SocialBoost ("the Service"), available at SocialBoost.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Service.

Description of Service

SocialBoost is a social media marketing (SMM) panel that provides growth services including followers, likes, views, subscribers, and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X, Spotify, Telegram, and others.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using SocialBoost, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

Guest Orders

You may place orders as a guest without creating an account. You must provide a valid email address for tracking & communication. You are responsible for providing accurate information including correct social media links.

Orders & Delivery

Orders processed automatically after payment confirmation

Most orders complete within 1–24 hours

We reserve the right to cancel and refund unfulfillable orders

Delivery depends on third-party providers & platform policies

Permanent retention of metrics is not guaranteed, as platforms may remove them

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Provide links to accounts you do not own

Attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit the Service

Violate social media platform terms of service

Submit fraudulent payment information

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and code on SocialBoost are our property and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without prior written consent.

Refund Policy

When and how refunds are handled

We are unable to process or deliver your order

You are charged but order wasn't created due to a technical error

Service delivered is significantly different from described

Incorrect link or profile URL provided

Platform removes followers/likes after delivery (drops)
